What your support can do…

$5 pays for the cost of dry cleaning a costume that a child wears in the recital.

$17 will buy a child a pair of ballet shoes.

$35 will cover the cost of art supplies for one child during a 12 week course.

$100 will enable a low-income child to take 4 months of dance lessons.

$375 pays a dance instructor for teaching 15 hours worth of classes.

$2500 covers the cost to rent an auditorium for a rehearsal and recital.

Together we can provide quality arts education programs to all children in Jackson. With your support we can make Jackson a vibrant cultural community—one child at a time.

The Jackson School of the Arts is not a fee-based program. If we were, the cost alone would prohibit many students from participating. With the support of area businesses, individuals and foundations, we provide programs that are accessible and affordable for all kinds of families.

Money is needed immediately to provide
on-going arts programs to 1000 children in Jackson County. We are serving more children this year and need your help.

The Jackson School of the Arts is a 501c3 tax deductible organization.

Matching Gifts
Many businesses will double your contribution by matching your support with a gift of their own. Contact your employer to find out if your place of business has a matching gifts program.

In-Kind Gifts
Donations of goods, materials and services are also a welcome source of support for the Jackson School of the Arts. From office supplies to art supplies, we can use it. In-kind donations help us keep our expenses down and in turn we can serve more children.
