Volunteer Opportunities
Dance Program Help assist in dance classes with younger students. When it gets closer to the May recital you can hone your ironing skills and help us get the costumes ready. Or put your organizational skills to work and help us sort and label costumes. If you want a more behind the scenes way to help out, you can help us keep the studios clean for our kids.
Help us keep our space inspiring and fun with simple tasks like touch-up painting, hanging pictures or creating a display. Clean the lobby and/or organize and sort art supplies. Events We can always use help with special events from 2nd Sunday Family Art Days to Kids Fest. Miscellaneous What is your talent? Do you enjoy cooking? Maybe you could help us feed volunteers on a work day. Enjoy taking pictures? Volunteer to come in once a week and take pictures as classes are going on. Love doing crafts? Help us make cards, banners, or things to carry in parades. Are you a decision maker? Be a part of our Board of Directors. Whatever it is you enjoy, we can help you find a way to help the Jackson School of the Arts and the children we serve.

Random Acts of Dance! You can join Jackson School of the Arts and the Fitness Council of Jackson as we perform together in flash mobs and/or at community events as a performance group
We’ll be doing these throughout the year so it is never too late to join.
